Does your cabinets come assembled or do I have to put it together?

Our cabinets come assembled and ready to install.  Generally you will not have any assembly other than installing accessory items.

How can I get a sample or see a cabinet before I buy a complete kitchen?

After receiving a quote form us, you can order a door sample for a $ 15 or a single cabinet from your quote list before ordering the rest of the cabinets.  That way, once you are satisfied with the quality, you will only have to order the rest of cabinets. on your list.  Please call us for additional information.

Damages & Returns

What if I receive a dmaged cabinet?

Damage is rare but it can happen.  Common carrier shipments are palletized and strapped for extra protection.  Be sure to indicate on any receiving tickets from a freight carrier what items are damaged.  Please unwrap cabinets and check them out as soon as you get them if damage is not noticed until after freight carrier leave please contact freight carrier and let them send a rep out to verify damage.  We will handle damage claims, but we must have documentation.  Should you receive item that has been confirmed as a manufacturer defect, notify us at once and right away, this way we will email you with either Schrock or Kunal Kitchens address for a compete return. you will have to send cabinet to the manufacturer and then wait few days to receive a replacement at no charge. All sales are final and we o not accept returns other than damaged items.

If I want a quote, what do you need from me?

First pick out a door style and color.  Then furnish us with either a list of cabinetry or a floor plan of your kitchen.  Also we will need your zip code in order to figure out freight.  Fax us or email us this information along with your contact information such as an email address or return fax # or phone number.  You will receive a quote on delivered cabinetry from us in one to 4 business days. on the time we receive it.

Shipping

How will I know when my shipment will arrive?

You will be notified once oyur cabinetry has shipped and give oyu a tracking number for the carrier who has your shipment.  You can then call your terminal to get an exact day for delivery.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping cost will vary, depending on your location and your zip code and the size of your order.  For an average freight figure 10% to cost of order.  On small orders or orders very far away such as California Freight rates may run higher.  Freight rates on out oof state orders will be greatly offset by the fact that no sales is due.  We will furnish you with a freight estimated cost when we figure your quote.

NEMF carrier delivers direct from cabinets plants.  Regardless of the size of your order, freight will never exceed $ 500.  Typical freight cost varies between $ 150 & $ 250.

How do you ship your cabinetry?

Direct from manufacturer.  Small orders will be delivered by FEDEX or UPS ground.

Can I feel safe making this kind of purchase form over the internet?

Many people have concerns about ordering online.  We suggest you purchase your cabinetry through PAYPAL which is a very secure merchant, you can pay with either your visa or master card or american express through PAYPAL which offer a great protection.  Once you fill the MAKE PAYMENT form we will not see your info, all what we see is the shipping address and the payment amount.

How long it will take for me to receive my cabinets once I place my order?

It will take average 2 to 3 weeks from signing order and processing payment.
